Tracy Manley - DVM, BSc

Dr. Tracy Manley always knew that she wanted to be a veterinarian. As a high school student she started volunteering at a small animal clinic and got her first job there. As an undergraduate student at the University of Guelph, she spent her summers volunteering at a speciality cat clinic in downtown Toronto where she was then hired.

In 2000, Dr. Tracy graduated from U. of Guelph with a major in biology and a minor in psychology, and in 2004, graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College (O.V.C.) at Guelph. During her summers at O.V.C, she returned to Toronto to work at the Links Road Bird and Animal Clinic where she developed a special interest in parrots, reptiles, small mammals and other exotic pets. In her final summer as an O.V.C student, she spent 6 weeks of her externship learning at an avian and exotic clinic in Miami, and 6 more weeks in Vancouver learning from Dr. Margie Scherk, a board certified feline specialist.

Upon graduation from O.V.C, Dr. Tracy went to work at a small animal veterinary clinic in Keswick, Ontario. In 2016, she and her family moved to Peterborough County to fulfil their dream of owning a farm. In her spare time Dr Tracy can be found working with her husband on their farm, or playing around the county with her three kids.

Dr. Tracy is thrilled to be joining the incredible team at Brealey Drive Animal Clinic, and helping their clients and their furred, feathered or scaled family members to have the best possible veterinary experience.
